FreedomsEdge is a compilation of photos, videos and text describing Wayne Mosley’s experiences during his service in the War on Terror.

Wayne, an orthopaedic surgeon, was called to serve in Afghanistan in 2003, and has been twice to Afghanistan and twice to Iraq, for a total of 4 tours.

Though he has spent too much time away from his family, LTC Mosley believes that the sacrifices made by our nation and the individuals who serve it are important. America has been a beacon of freedom and hope for oppressed people around the world since our nation was founded. He believes, as Ronald Reagan said of the Afghan resistance, that “every people has a stake [in this war], for [we] are defending principles of independence and freedom that form the basis of global security and stability.”
